Carly has been able to share her love for cosmetology as a past educator and believes education is key to the industry. She works efficiently and in a timely fashion giving all her clients a Truly Pampered experience.

Robin has been in the salon industry for over 15 years and has always had a passion for hair since she was a child. Having an artistic and creative background, she has been able to create the styles and colors to each client's desire. One of Robin's favorite aspects of her profession is "it doesn't even feel like work." Robin loves meeting new people and making her clients feel wonderful so they leave the salon feeling pampered and beautiful!

With over 15 years of experience in the industry, Lauren has a passion for hair that suits her well. She is always staying up to date on the latest trends and is continuously educating others on the dos and don'ts of the industry. Lauren is known for her impeccable customer service and consistent clientele.

Beauty has always been Jessica's biggest passion and she continues to become more infatuated every day. Making her clients happy and leaving the salon feeling beautiful is her number one priority. She specializes in layered haircuts, highlighting services, special occasion hair, and huge color transformations. Maddy has always loved all things beauty, enjoying everything from creating makeup looks to coloring hair to doing hair extensions. She feels as if she's found her niche within this industry and is so happy that she was able to turn her passion into a career!

Arianna has been a dedicated hairstylist for as long as she can remember. She was always doing her family and friends' hair and couldn’t wait to make it her career! Abby has been doing hair for over 3 years. Her passion for hair started when she was a child, but her love for the beauty industry has grown drastically since then! Her favorite part about her job is being able to put a smile on someone’s face and help grow their self confidence.

Meg brings 40+ years of experience behind the chair and specializes in color and up-to-date hairstyles. She believes that consultation and education is the key to a great finish. She is not your daughter's hairdresser and brings class and style for the mature clientele. She may not style beachy waves, but she believes you should make waves everywhere you go! Jess has helped make Brockport glamorous for over 30 years, dedicated to making each and every one smile and shine through great hair. Her passion goes deep into your roots, haircuts, updo styling and many up-to-date coloring and highlighting techniques. Even if you don't need a service, come on in for a cup of Joe.

Jennifer has over 20 years of experience behind the chair and has spent most of her career in the area. She specializes in styles, cuts, and colors and enjoys meeting and working with people to help them feel their most confident. Passionate about learning new trends and hair techniques, she loves making her clients feel happy and beautiful.

Kailee is extremely passionate about making her clients feel beautiful. She specializes in haircutting, hair color, highlights, and lived in looks. With a lengthy career of 18 years in the industry, she strives to keep up with the trends with ongoing education. Kailee says, “18 years as a licensed hairdresser,” but her friends and family will tell you she has been slinging color since she was a kid in the early 2000’s. She can’t count how many times she was locked in the bathroom with friends box dyeing their hair.

Jen has over 15 years of industry experience as a nail technician. She considers this job a blessing and loves providing her clients with the best possible service! Her love for the art of nails is something she is very passionate about and the passion continues to grow daily.

A love that started with painting intricate designs on nails in middle school turned into Jenna's passion and career of 9 years as a nail technician. Jenna takes pride in her hand-painted nail art, as well as her specialties in in gel manicures, acrylics, and Gel-X nails. Jenna loves helping her clients express themselves through their nails and custom art that fits their personalities perfectly! She loves to continue to learn and grow within this industry and always loves to try new things!

Katrina is a wife, mother and works a full-time job. She has always loved painting her toes when she was younger. She used to go to the salon to get her nails done, but when covid shut down all the salons, she took that opportunity to learn how to do her own nails. She started with dip powder and then moved on to gel polish. Her daughter was her first client as she allowed Katrina to practice on her. She even got to do a gel pedicure on her husband with glow in the dark polish! Her husband is the one that really pushed her to go to nail school because he could see how much she enjoyed doing nails. She found that doing nails gave her the creative outlet she needed.  Seeing how she had a full-time job, she had to find a nail tech program that was offered in the evenings. She was fortunate enough to find a part-time program and has been a licensed nail tech for 1.5 years. She enjoys giving pedicures as she watches the clients gently close their eyes in relaxation as she massages their feet and legs. Since then Yury has been committed to helping clients feel confident through nail care! She is a skilled and passionate nail technician specializing in a variety of services, including gel manicures, Gel-X, and acrylics nails. She is dedicated to providing each client with personalized care and attention. Known for a keen eye for detail and a commitment to client satisfaction, Yury ensures each visit is a memorable and enjoyable experience!

Amanda has been a part of the beauty industry since 2013. She is a licensed esthetician and certified lash technician. Her passion has always been in beauty enhancement and she loves what she does. Specializing in lash extensions, she tailors every lash set to enhance each client's natural appearance, while staying up to date with the latest trends. Her goal is to make sure each client has a relaxed and pleasurable experience when they walk into her room.

Born and raised in Western New York, Penny always had an interest in caring for others and wanting to do so in a way that would not create pain. Massage just seemed like the right approach for her. After working in the corporate world for some time, Penny attended Finger Lakes School of Massage in Ithaca, New York, to see her dream through to fruition and became licensed in New York State in 1997. She loves to learn new techniques to share with her clients and peers. Over 20 years of experience have proven that massage is a symbiotic relationship between practitioner and client to achieve the client's optimal state of healing. Many times she has worked in conjunction with a client's doctor, chiropractor, and/or acupuncturist for an even greater state of well-being.

Aleshia has been an aesthetician for 6 years and has worked faithfully with the PCA (Physicians Care Alliance) skin care line. PCA skin care products are created by physicians, so she is using the highest quality, medical grade skin care available. Her passion for aesthetics drives her to be the best. Her result-oriented approach with her services is unbeatable! Aleshia specializes in advanced corrective facials, corrective chemical peels, and dermaplaning; all of which will leave you glowing and feeling more confident by the end of the service.

Melissa's journey into the world of massage therapy is a testament to her unwavering commitment to her passion. From a young age, she was captivated by the healing power of touch and the profound impact it could have on people's well-being. After raising two children, Melissa finally took the courageous step to pursue her dream and enrolled at the New York Institute of Massage, from which she graduated in October 2024. Her mission is to provide a sanctuary where clients can unwind, find balance, and rejuvenate both body and mind. Melissa is not only dedicated to helping clients relax but also to educating them about maintaining their well-being.
